I've spent over 10 years working across ecommerce, technology and business operations, helping businesses improve how they work.
My experience spans commercial management, systems integration, platform migrations and solution design, from managing day-to-day operations to planning and delivering six-figure digital transformation projects.
Having worked on both sides of these projects, I understand the commercial pressures businesses face and the technical challenges involved in solving them.
